SRS- simple random sample; used to make sure there is an equal chance for each possibility, can use a random digits table

Unbiased- little or no pull from one side or another; fair, even, equal

Sampling Variability- the fact that samples vary from one to another

Precision- shows how much the samples being tested actually do vary
